For this reason, our Birth Support packages are customized to suit your needs and your budget. These includes care throughout your pregnancy, labour and the beginning of your postpartum journey.
Doula Care Essentials include:

Complimentary meet & greet, prenatal sessions, On call 24-7 from 36 weeks onwards.
Postpartum
Postpartum Doula care to nourish and support your entry into parenthood including baby care, food prep and family support.
Birth Attendance

Our priority is your care. Together, we explore your core needs through each shift of your postpartum journey and provide unbiased guidance and evidence-based care. This care is deeply personal and that means this care will look different for everyone.

- Free birth foundation visit to help you plan for the fourth trimester. (Offered to families who book postpartum services)

- Product supply check-ins and fridge filling

Shift Variation
Day Time
Daytime care shifts can range from 5 to 8 hours daily. You pick the hours, we show up (and snuggle, and feed, and tiddy).
Night Time
Overnight care shifts run from 10 pm to 6 am. Your sleep, we soothe (and snuggle, and feed, and tiddy).
On-Demand Services
This menu of support services is an extension of the support you are already receiving, facilitated by the team you already trust and love.
