All items sold by BROOD CARE INC are made to order. As such, all sales are final and We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of an item arriving damaged or defective. If You believe You have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Us at hello@broodcare.com within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the item, so that We may assess Your claim.

Shipping timelines vary depending on production time for made-to-order items. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and on individual product pages. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left Our facility.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
