During our second year, the Brood care team delivered over 7,500 hours of in-person support and education to 500 families. Since our launch in March 2022, we’ve assisted more than 2,500 parents and babies—an audience size comparable to a sell-out crowd at the Orpheum Theatre!
Our team’s impactful work ranges from providing labor and birth support to offering round-the-clock care for families with newborns, positively transforming the lives of so many families.Â
Our dedication to high-quality family care allows space for other vital aspects of life: enabling rest and recovery during early parenthood, delivering confidence-boosting education for new parents, and providing opportunities for reconnection or even fitting in a workout!
In our commitment to supporting diverse families, our Brood Equity program plays a crucial role. It offers low or no-cost prenatal education, birth and postpartum care, and financial community contributions, amounting to $30,000 of support this year.
